Refund and Cancellation

At CDigitalWorld, we are committed to delivering high-quality e-commerce, social media and digital consulting services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this clear and fair Refund & Cancellation Policy to protect both our clients and our business.

1. Right of retraction — 7-day cooling-off period

Clients have the right to retract their decision and request a full refund within 7 calendar days of booking a service, subject to the following condition:

  • The service must NOT have been started at the time the retraction request is submitted.

If the above condition is met, the client will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

⚠ Note: Once the service has commenced, the 7-day retraction right is no longer applicable. Please refer to Section 3 (Pro-Rata Refund Policy) for cancellations after service commencement.

2. When does a service start?

The service is considered officially started as soon as the client has paid in full. Payment confirms the client's commitment to the service and triggers the start of all preparation and onboarding work by CDigitalWorld.

⚠ Note: Clients are strongly encouraged to review all service details before completing their booking, as the booking confirmation triggers the official start of the service.

3. Cancellation after service start — pro-rata refund

If a client wishes to cancel a service after it has officially started, they are entitled to a pro-rata refund based on the portion of the service that has not yet been delivered. The refund amount is calculated as follows:

Refund Amount = Total Amount Paid − Value of Services Already Delivered

The value of services already delivered will be assessed based on the scope of work completed, time invested, deliverables submitted and any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client.

⚠ Note: Pro-rata refunds are processed within 10 to 14 business days following the cancellation request and confirmation of the delivery assessment.

4. How to request a refund or cancellation

To submit a refund or cancellation request, please contact us using the details below:

  • Email chloe@cdigitalworld.com with the subject line: Refund Request — [Your Name] — [Service Name]
  • Include your booking confirmation number and the reason for your cancellation request.
  • Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution timeline.

5. Non-refundable circumstances

The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund:

  • The client has booked and confirmed the full session online and the service has already commenced (subject to pro-rata terms above).
  • Requests submitted beyond the 7-day cooling-off period where the service has already started.
